We want you to love the products you buy from Solus Samurai, so we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. If you are not 100% thrilled with your Solus Samurai product, you have 30 days to return it to us, unused and/or unwashed in its original condition, for a refund or exchange.
In the case of an exchange there is no guarantee that the new item is in stock. Use the contact form if you have any questions or want to check availability.
Please note the following:
- Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment
- We cannot accept returns on used and/or worn products
- Shipping and handling is not refundable
- Final sale items are not refundable

Most orders are processed within 48 hours of your purchase. If your order is received during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), processing time will begin the following Monday.
Please note, processing time does not include weekends, holidays, and holiday weekends.
If necessary, your order can be changed if it hasn’t been processed. Please contact us here or email us directly at info@solussamurai.com as soon as possible, and we will let you know if your order can still be changed.
